Cute For A Cause

PAWS Chicago is a Chicago-based animal shelter dedicated to providing adoption and veterinary services in a no-kill setting. They are Chicago’s largest no-kill, humane organization that focuses on implementing solutions to end the killing of homeless pets.

At Car Cuties, we started out with a mission to help pets in need.

That is why a percentage of each sale of a Car Cutie gets donated to help PAWS in their efforts to save animals. Thank you for helping us assist PAWS Chicago.

Adopt, Don’t Shop

PAWS Chicago prides themselves on their ability to save over 98% of the pets that come through their doors with nearly 5,600 adoptions in 2018 alone! Their total number of adoptions through 2018 is over 59,000.

Why are there so many cats and dogs that need homes? There are too many kittens and puppies born and too few being adopted. One female cat and her offspring can produce more than 420,000 kittens over a seven year span! That’s a lot of cuties who need homes. Learn more about lifesaving impacts for these cats and dogs.

Take a tour of PAWS Chicago’s innovative Adoption Center in Lincoln Park for a closer look at their No Kill model of sheltering.

PAWS Volunteers

Become A Volunteer

This one of a kind shelter needs a lot of help. PAWS Chicago hosts over 140,000 volunteer hours yearly. The help from volunteers allows PAWS to save lives and expand their services to the growing number of animals coming to their shelters. Volunteers are the heart and soul of their organization!

Have a little time to spare? Consider helping homeless pets. By joining PAWS Chicago’s team of dedicated volunteers, you’ll build strong relationships with other like-minded volunteers, the animal-loving community, and of course, the animals themselves.

Have ongoing weekday availability? PAWS Chicago is in need of volunteers at all of their facilities. Sign up to be a volunteer at any of their locations.
