Once order of a Car Cuties car air fresheners comes with 3 car air fresheners. If you choose the monthly pack, then each month we will send you 3 Car Cuties from the monthly pack you have chosen. For instance, if you choose the Variety Monthly Pack, you will receive the 3 Car Cuties described in that pack each month.

Yes! If you would like us to create a Car Cutie that looks like your adorable kitty, please send us a photo of their cute face HERE. We may consider them for a Car Cutie design in the future!

We ship our your order the next business day. You can expect your package of Car Cuties withing 4-7 business days in the United States depending on your location. This shipping estimate excludes holidays and weekends. Car Cuties is not responsible for any delays on part of the shipping company. Once your order has been shipped, you may contact the shipping company for updates on your package.

Your satisfaction is our priority! If you are unhappy with your Car Cuties, you may send then back within 30 days of shipment for a refund on the products that were unopened. The Car Cuties monthly packs come as a set of 3 and cannot be exchanged. If you would like an array of different Car Cutie scents, we suggest ordering the Car Cuties Variety Monthly Pack!

If you are unhappy with your Car Cuties for any reason, you can easily cancel your monthly pack under your account settings after the first renewal month. If you are having any issues, please contact our Customer Service team via our Contact Form with your name, order number, and reason for contact.
